Lion and Zebra Lovin’
Brothers…so photogenic
THE Migration. Words, and even pictures, can’t describe the magnitude. It was like this, but in every direction.
Babies
Dung Beetle
Kori Bustard (possibly the largest flying bird) – it’s as big as the Thomson’s gazelle
Twiga. We even saw two giraffe fighting where they wrap their necks around each other and then head-butt each other.
We saw lions in trees…several times
Can you spot the leopard?
Cheetah
From camp we watched cheetah just walk into the wildebeest herd. We thought we’d see some hunting action, but I think that the juvenile cheetah that was with his mother might have been “helping” a bit too much. We also watched hyena saunter down from the hill behind us into the herd. The hyena were very vocal.
We drove the long way home through Endolin. Very green, sometimes muddy, but very pretty.
