In January 2010 we moved to Arusha, Tanzania for Matt's job with the Nature Conservancy. This is my attempt to keep family updated on what we're doing (and document it for the kids to re-read when they are older).
We celebrated Boxing Day by going out for a fancy brunch with friends and family. We had breakfast sushi (some combination of eggs, bacon, avocado, cucumber and cream cheese). Yum! If this hasn’t caught on in the states yet, it should.
